From the window that opens, select "Browse my computer for driver software" and after that, "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer".You should see "Intel(R) Graphics Control Panel" when you expand "Software Components", right click on it and select "Update Driver".

From the list of device types (this is how windows categorizes devices by default), find "Software components" and expand it.(Or use your own way to open Device Manager yourself, this is just how I'm used to do it) Press Windows + X and click on Device Manager to open it.It doesn't matter if you installed this application before or after you have updated/installed the Intel Graphics DCH drivers. With the DCH drivers the Intel(R) Graphics Control Panel application isn't installed with the driver but now requires to be installed separately from the Windows Store. Make sure you have downloaded and installed the Intel(R) Graphics Control Panel application from the Windows Store.So here is what I did to get rid of this problem and what I think you should try doing to achieve the same: I hope it can be helpful to those who has this problem like I had.
Then, I found a way to fix this problem (and successfully reproduce it as well) so I'm going to share what I did to fix it here. However it reappeared when I updated the driver to 25.20.100.6471 and I wasn't able to fix it through the previous method I used, although I don't even know how it ended up fixing the problem back then in the first place. Later on though after a few reinstalls through the driver package provided by Intel it somehow got fixed for me. Even if they worked for the people who asked those questions (None of them had any replies from their OP saying that their problem was fixed anyways) they didn't work for me anyways. When this problem happened to me the first time(which was when I installed driver version 25.20.100.6444), I didn't know what to do about it and whatever I found on the internet while searching for a solution to this problem either didn't have any answers at all or all they had were some suggestions that didn't work. This includes comments like "mUh gAeMiNg kInG" Related Subreddits: Please visit /r/AyyMD, or it's Intel counterpart - /r/Intelmao - for memes. Rule 5: AyyMD-style content & memes are not allowed. AMD recommendations are allowed in other threads.
